For Travel 01/04/2025 - 11/21/2025:

  • When 10 guests pay for the 7-night diver package in 5 Ocean Front Rooms (double occupancy) the 11th and 12th guests get the 7-night diver package in an Ocean Front Room for free.
  • $2,395.00 pp dbl rack + taxes.
  • Booking window 09/25/2024 - 03/29/2025.

For Travel 11/22/2025 - 12/18/2026:

  • Book the Dive Shop Private Villa Special at the 2024/2025 rates.
  • $36,720 rack + taxes for 18 pax in 9 Ocean Front Rooms.
  • $42,310 rack + taxes for 20 pax in 9 Ocean Front Rooms & 1 Suite.
  • $47,900 rack + taxes for 22 pax in 9 Ocean Front Rooms & 2 Suites.
  • Booking window 09/25/2024 - 12/27/2024.

Upgrade Available if prepaid no later than 14 days prior to arrival

  • Premium Liquor: $150.00 pp (commissionable) - One comp for every four upgrades pre-sold 
  • Unlimited Nitrox: $150.00 pp (commissionable) - One comp for every four upgrades pre-sold 

DEMA Special Package Includes:

  • All Ocean Front accommodations.
  • 3 gourmet meals daily plus happy hour snacks.
  • Standard Bar Package.
  • Complimentary use of sea kayaks and paddleboards.
  • Boat transfers to and from Guanaja airport.
  • Five days with 3 dives daily (including 1 night dive), 2 dives on Friday, and unlimited air tanks for shore diving around the Villa.

 

Group Deposit and Payment Policy:

  • A $2,500.00 deposit is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation for the Dive Shop Private Villa Special.
  • A $200.00 per room deposit is required within 14 days to confirm a reservation for the 10 paid/2 free Special.
  • The Company accepts credit card payments for the initial deposit only. The second deposit and final payment must be made by check or bank wire.
  • An additional deposit equal to 25% of the gross reservation is due three months/90 days before arrival.
  • Final payment is due 45 days before arrival, along with the final rooming list and completed Guest Information Questionnaire for all guests.
  • Anytime a payment is 7 or more days past due, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and attempt to sell ourselves any rooms for which your payments are not current. Such spaces will not be available for you to rebook unless complete, non-refundable payment is provided during rebooking.
